As promised, I have emailed out the SATs information letter with a link to request to purchase any SATs revision materials. A copy of this letter is also attached.

Next Week:

-After-school SATs boosters will be available for both Y6N and Y6S this Monday, at 3-4pm.

-The Spring Disco is after school on Wednesday

- World Book Day is on Thursday. The children are able to dress up as their favourite book character. We will be reading at the infants' school in the morning too.

-All children need their correct PE Kits for their lessons on Tuesday and Thursday please.

-Reading journals need to be in school every day and library books need to be in school on Friday please.

Next week's learning:
- In Maths, we will be working on our unit on Fractions, Decimals and Percentages.
- In English, we will be publishing our narratives and moving on to look at non-chronological reports.
-In Reading, we will continue to analyse our new and exciting text 'The Extinction Trials' by S M Wilson.
- In Science, we will continue to learn about the classification of animals.
- In Geography, we continue to learn about the key geographical features of the USA, identifying similarities and differences between locations.
- In RE, we will continue to learn about different faiths in our community and how to think carefully and in an informed way about worship and religion.
-In PE we are learning the skills and movements of line dancing.
