Week 6 of Autumn term 2 

Firstly, we would like to thank all our parents / carers for attending the Christmas Fair. It was a great success and enjoyed by all. Your support for the school means a lot. The children worked really hard to prepare the wonderful gifts, games and events that you were able to enjoy.

This final week is a busy one so below is a list of the events planned:
Wednesday 17th Dec - Xmas Show - 1 1.30pm
Thursday 18th Dec - Xmas Show 2 - 9.30am / PM - class parties.

For the class parties, we are kindly asking families for a small contribution by bringing in any party food for the children to enjoy. This can be anything from cakes , buns, sweets , crisps etc. We politely ask that any donations be NUT FREE due to a child with a serious allergy in Y3. We thank you in advance of any donations received.

On Friday 19th of December, school will close at 1.15pm. Please collect your child from their normal classroom doors.


Notices:
🛑 Children must come to school in uniform on PE days. We have changing facilities were the children will change into their PE kits and then get back changed for classroom learning. This helps promote independence and develop life skills.
🛑 Children need a water bottle with them in school everyday and a coat.
🛑Tuck shop is available everyday with items priced at 40p alternatively you can send your child to school with a nut free snack such as a breakfast bar or fruit.
🛑We have a child in school with a severe nut allergy so please refrain from sending your child to school with any nut based products in their packed lunch.
🛑PE day for Y3 is Monday and Wednesday. Your child will need a white t- shirt, black shorts and appropriate footwear (trainers or pumps)
🛑 If your child has asthma please ensure that you have completed a medication form at the main office and that you have supplied school with an inhaler which has been prescribed by your doctor and is in date.
🛑 The weather is very unpredictable at the moment, so children need to ensure that are coming to school in suitable footwear and a waterproof coat.

Due to all the festive fun , events and preparation, the children will be having a more relaxed week, creating memories and making special Christmas memories and crafts. Keep your eyes peeled on dojo for pictures and updates.
