What an amazing week we've had in Y5 this week. We've created extremely detailed and well-thought-out balanced discussions; made progress with how detailed our answers need to be in guided reading and finished the week off nicely by making and then tasting our very own flatbreads – what a tasty treat!

Next week is our last week before the Easter break, which has lots to look forward to, including a trip to the local church for a special Easter service (make sure to check with your child if they have a narrator part and practise their lines - we made sure that everyone who wanted a speaking part got one).

We also have our meet the teacher appointments which, hopefully, parents have managed to sign up for – we are looking forward to seeing you next week.  

We are looking forward to finishing the term with a bang!
