We have taken a final look at our Solar System, much like the Voyager Probe, and are now venturing into the cosmos to discover what lies beyond. Although we have gained knowledge about the universe and our place in it, it's time to shift our focus towards living things and their habitats.

Year 5 has been working really hard to identify the 4 figure and 6 figure grid references of mountains in the UK. We found this tricky to begin with but then mastered it by the end of the lesson. 🌍

It took a couple of billion years, but evolution led us to words and images that led to language and then books. Fantastic.

5G have been actively learning in geography! We have found hidden statements around the classroom and discussed whether they are an advantage or disadvantage of living on Mountains. Great partner discussions 5G!
