Level 2 Teaching Assistant  JOB VACANCY 

Salary Details:   Band D (£17,681-£18672 pro rata) 

Salary offer will be dependent on experience/qualifications 

Appointment Type: Fixed Term: 12th April – 31st August 2021 

Hours:  30 hours per week, term time only 

The Governing Body of Rosehill Junior School is seeking to appoint a well-motivated, enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant. You will be joining our friendly, dedicated and highly effective team.  This is a temporary post starting on 12th April 2021.  The post is for 30 hours, Monday to Friday, term time only. 


Person Profile: 

  • Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant with experience of working with primary school children? 

  • Do you have experience of supporting children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis, or specialist SEND qualifications and training? 

  • Can you lead by example and be a positive role model to our children? 

  • Will you show compassion and understanding to our pupils, staff, parents and carers? 

  • Do you demonstrate the creativity, resilience and interpersonal skills to complement our highly effective team? 

  • Could you bring energy and enthusiasm to your role?
